Оформление стендов должно быть выполнено полностью оставаясь внутри стенда без перелива,
– Экспонируемые машины и оборудование, осветительная арматура, рекламные щиты, надстройки стенда.
– Консоли, оборудование типа плазменного телевизора,
– Рекламные материалы; талисман, рулон, вешалки для буклетов и т. д.
Категорически запрещается использование любых материалов, выходящих за пределы пола стенда.
Высота стенда в залах 9 – 10 – 4 метра. Двухэтажные стенды 4,5 метра. Техническую информацию о высоте стенда для правого входа и левого балкона залов 9-10 необходимо получить у организаторов. (0212 604 50 50) zekeriya.aydogan@voli.com.tr
Высота трибун в фойе 9-го и 10-го залов – 2,70 метра.
Высота стенда в зале 11 составляет 3,50 метра. Высота трибуны фойе 11-го зала – 3,50 метра.
Задние части стен стенда высотой более 2,50 м остаются в непосредственной близости друг от друга и должны быть покрыты и окрашены, например, в ровные и нейтральные тона; белая ткань, без печати гладкий цветной винил, краска и т.д. Использование участниками любых логотипов, изображений, слоганов и т.п. на этих площадках запрещено.
Грузоподъемность, статическая прочность, структурная безопасность двухэтажных зданий находятся в ведении фирмы-участника или, если есть, в фирме-участнике субподряда. Компенсация будет возмещаться фирмой-участником в случае любого вида вреда, который может повлечь за собой недостаточную грузоподъемность модульных систем или неверно рассчитанный монтаж.
Подвешивание вещей к конструкции потолка в Залах не допускается. Конструкция ярмарочной площади технически не приспособлена для вывешивания и погрузки.
Вывешивание баннеров и плакатов, размеры и характеристики которых определяются организатором над стендами, будет обеспечено организатором по согласованию в первый день монтажа за счет оплаты.
Что касается потолочной конструкции, то в зале 11 висячие баннеры или плакаты не допускаются.
Использование стеклянных и акриловых материалов на стендах должно быть достаточной толщины и соответствовать необходимым условиям безопасности. Края таких материалов, которые переливаются, должны быть зачищены.
Upper level of noise is 60 Db in the events which are held in stands. The organizer has authority to cut off electricity of the stand after warning one time when noise might be over 70 Db. Organizer will not be responsible from the damages which happen from the aforementioned applications. The participant must inform the organizer about the music events that would perform during the fair.
The participant is responsible to take the necessary safety measures against accidents in the stand during the product application and demonstrations.
– Snacks and alcohol free beverages are permitted at the fair area. However meal order from outside is not permitted for participant staff and stand officers because of the decision of İFM. This service is gotten from catering firm which is in the foyer area of the fair.
– During stand installation and fair, meeting your all meal and beverage needs, the firm will cater meal and beverage service for your stand in a quick and easy way.

– The participant firms must make promotions at their own stands. For the promotions outside of stand must be permitted by the organizer. (Mascot, brochures distribution etc.)
Changing of the halls structure is forbidden such as drilling in a harmful way for the building, painting, welding and similar processes. The expenditures of repairing and changing which appear at the end any application will be billed by the organizer to the participant firm.
Following demounting of the stands, participants and architectural firms must deliver the stand areas as empty and clean in the same feature that was delivered to them before the fair. Cleaning up and discarding of debris and wreckages which happen following construction and delivering of the area as clean are in the responsibility of participant and authorized subcontracted firms.
In the case, debris and wreckages would not be taken from the area, the organizer will take the pictures of debris and wreckages and the work that made by its own subcontract will be invoiced to the related participant firm.
The prepared stand drawings must be approved by the official of organizer. The organizer has the right to interfere to the unapproved projects in the every stage. The drawings of which all measures readable must be sent one month ago from the fair to zekeriya.aydogan@voli.com.tr in order to be approved.
This approval is the control whether aforementioned matters abide by rules or not. The applications of electricity, mechanical, architectural, etc. are completely in responsibility of the participants.
