Technical Conditions

We would like to remind you that in order to have a successful fair, you must comply with the rules stated below.

Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, all organizers, architects and supplier companies within the fair area and organization have important responsibilities. Complying with this law is critical both to fulfill legal obligations and to ensure the safety of all participants. An environment that does not comply with occupational health and safety standards can lead to unwanted accidents and legal problems. For this reason, the following rules must be followed carefully during the fair.

Within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, organizer, architecture and supplier companies within the fair area are required to have occupational health and safety expert personnel.

The personnel who will work in the stand installation must have a health report and occupational health and safety (OHS) training certificates.

Additionally;

  • The use of flammable, explosive and dangerous substances is subject to strict regulations.
  • Product exhibitions and demos cannot be held without security measures.
  • It is forbidden to employ employees without insurance.
  • It is forbidden to use tools that pose a risk of harming third parties.
  • It is mandatory to use appropriate clothing and equipment during stand setup and during the fair.
  • The use and work of substances harmful to human health must be strictly controlled.
  • It is forbidden to employ unauthorized, unlicensed and unauthorized personnel.
  • Attention should be paid to areas such as fire cabinets, emergency exit doors, corridors and ventilation.
  • A special electrician must be available for the electrical installations to be used in the stand.
  • All participants must park their vehicles in the lower level car park.
  • Shows and music broadcasts etc. to be held in the stands. The maximum sound level that will be allowed for the event is 70 decibels. For special cases, participants are required to obtain prior written approval from the fair management, and in case of non-compliance with sound limits, the fair management has the right to intervene in the technical infrastructure and broadcasting.
  • The fair organization is not responsible for the stand security of the participant stands during the preparation, exhibition hours and assembly periods after the fair. Participants are advised to take security precautions and have insurance during this period.
  • General security is provided by the fair management during non-exhibition hours on the days when the fair is open.
  • Each participating company is responsible for the occupational safety of its own workers and staff.
  • There will be an ambulance vehicle and a first aid unit in the fair area during the fair.
  • It is forbidden to leave garbage or debris in the fair area.
  • Stand owners must keep the environment in the stand, hall and fair area clean.
  • The organizer will deliver the stand area empty and clean.
  • The participating company must keep the corridors clear and clean during stand installation.
  • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to deliver the stand area in a clean and tidy manner after disassembly.
The cleaning of all floors except the fair corridors and special stands is provided by the fair organization. Except for the floors, interior cleaning of the stand belongs to the participating company. Participants can consult the Technical Office for extra paid interior cleaning services. The list of names of personnel coming from outside for special stand cleaning is provided by T.R. number and the tax plate of the company they work for must be submitted to the security automation room.
There will be no overflow from the floor and vertical volumes of the stand area delivered to the participant into the corridor areas. No elements are displayed in the corridors and columns outside the stand. Cloth banners, balloons, etc. can be placed on the stand using building ceiling elements. Material cannot be hung. Panel, profile etc. It is forbidden to drill, cut, paint any kind of stand elements, apply fixed adhesives on them, drill the floor, and use any adhesive other than double-sided carpet adhesive in carpet applications.

Setup

Special stands must be installed in accordance with the project approved by the fair management. The maximum construction height to be approved for special stand projects is 4 meters. (The maximum height for two-storey stands is 4.5 m.) Static project approval and authorized signature are required for two-storey stand projects. For any changes, it is mandatory to inform the Technical Office in the fair area and request approval. If special stand projects are not notified to the Technical Office within this period, the start of work in the stand area will not be authorized. The maximum stand height that can be allowed for such stands without projects is 2.50 m. Participants who will use heights over 2.50 m (with the approval of the Technical Office) must cover the back walls of their stands cleanly. If this application is not carried out, the fair organization will invoice the cost of its own construction application to the relevant participant.

Prepared stand drawings must be approved in writing by the organizer representative. The organizer has the right to intervene in unapproved projects at any stage. In order to approve the projects, drawings in which all dimensions of the stand are legible must be submitted at least 1 month before the fair.fatih.dede@voli.com.tr It must be sent via e-mail to .

This approval is for checking whether the above-mentioned issues are complied with.

Electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc. Applications are entirely the responsibility of the participant.

Disassembly

Participants and architectural firms must deliver the stand area as empty and clean as it was first delivered to them after dismantling. It is the responsibility of the participants and the subcontractors they authorize to clear and dispose of the rubble and debris that will emerge after construction and to deliver the area clean.

If rubble and debris are not removed from the area, the organizer takes photographs of what is left in the area and invoices the work done by its subcontractor to the participating company.

The unloading of transport vehicles that bring materials into the fairground is subject to the permission of the Technical Office. All participants entering the fairground must first apply to the Technical Office and obtain an entry document.Materials should not be left outside the stand area, in corridors or other stand areas. Participants must keep the necessary materials in the area shown to them by the Technical Office.Welding machines, metal, marble and plasterboard etc. are displayed in the fair area. The use of tools such as cutting machines for cutting materials is not allowed. Such materials must be prepared and brought outside.
  • EXPO FOOD and RIPIDE are the official catering companies of the fairground. Other catering companies are prohibited from operating in the area.
  • The official logistics company of the fairground provides services, authorized by the organizer, to meet the needs of cranes, forklifts and workers in the fairground and hall.
  • Participating companies must make their promotions within their own stand area. It is not allowed to walk mascots outside the stand area, distribute brochures, or drive motorized zeppelins inside the hall. Activities other than this are subject to the permission of the organizer.
  • During the fair, all technical services are coordinated from the Technical Office located in the foyer area. Participants; They should apply to the Technical Office for their problems/requests regarding electricity/plumbing, construction, general cleaning and post-closing work.
  • Permits for extra work to be done on the stands after the fair opens are given after closing time.
  • The list of names of the personnel who will work after the fair closes must be submitted to the Technical Office.
